Nobody in Malta sells this yet, so it is fair to want to see what you would actually receive. Here is a complete anonymised report, no email required.

We publish a real, anonymised report here rather than a mock-up, so this page fills in as soon as the first one has been issued and both parties have agreed to it being shared.
What every report contains
Nine parts, in the same order every time, so a check-out can be laid side by side with its check-in.
- Property and inspection details: address, date, time, inspector, who attended.
- Condition key: the 1 to 5 scale every item is rated on.
- Cleanliness key: professional, good, average or needs attention.
- Meters, keys and access: readings, key count, fobs and remotes.
- Room by room: every item, its condition, its cleanliness, and a photo reference.
- Liability assessment (check-out only): each change classed as fair wear, damage or cleaning.
- Summary and recommendation.
- Photo log: numbered, dated, cross-referenced to the schedule.
- Declaration and signatures: the 7-day review window, comments and responses.
